Porsche Club 60th Anniversary Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

1. To celebrate the Porsche Club of Los Angeles’ 60th Anniversary, the Club will hold a series of 6 photo contests over a 6-week period with prizes open to club members around various themes as follows:

• 1960’s Porsches or Your First Porsche – Prize is a set of Petrolicious prints ‘Celebrating 70 years of Porsche’.

• 1970’s Porsches or Your Favorite Porsche Fashion/Style – Prize is dinner for two at Restaurant 917 at the Porsche Experience Center (valued at $200)

• 1980’s Porsches or Your Most Memorable Porsche Drive – Prize is dinner for two at Restaurant 917 at the Porsche Experience Center (valued at $200)

• 1990’s Porsches or You & Your Favorite Porsche Buddy – Prize is dinner for two at Restaurant 917 at the Porsche Experience Center (valued at $200)

• 2000’s Porsches or Your Favorite Porsche Club Breakfast Location – Prize is dinner for two at Restaurant 917 at the Porsche Experience Center (valued at $200)

• 2010’s Porsches or Your Most Memorable Porsche Club Event – Prize is dinner for two at Restaurant 917 at the Porsche Experience Center (valued at $200)

2. Each week’s themed contest will officially begin at 12:01 p.m. on Thursday and close at 11:59 a.m. on the following Tuesday.  Photos submitted outside of this timeframe will not be included in the contest for that week or for any other week.

3. A photo may be entered by posting a photo to your Instagram or Facebook accounts and tagging @PorscheClubLA and using the hashtag #PorscheClubLA60th.  A new photo entry must be submitted each week within the contest timeframe to be eligible for that week’s prize.

4. Photos submitted within the contest timeframe will be judged by a panel of the Club’s board to determine the best photo that best represented that week’s theme.

5. A single winner will be selected and announced each week by the following Friday at 11:59 p.m.  By entering the contest, you agree to permit the Club to publish your name and/or likeness in announcing the winners.

6. Only one photo will be chosen by the panel of judges and only one prize presented for each week of the 6-week contest.  The decision of the panel of judges is final and not subject to appeal.  The Club’s board and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

7. Winners are ineligible to win additional prizes in any other week.

8. Odds of winning the contest depend upon the number of entries received within the contest timeframe each week.

9. Photos submitted to the Club during the contest will not be returned.

10. You must be a member in good standing of the Los Angeles Region of the Porsche Club and at least 18 years old to enter this contest.  There is no purchase or fee required to enter the contest.

11. By submitting a photo to the contest, you are representing to the Club that you have ownership and/or license to use the photo for such purpose and you further represent and authorize that the Club may lawfully publish the photo globally and in perpetuity and in any media, without further consideration or credit, and that you will hold the club harmless and
